Is it worth buying the itel S23+ after its discount sale?

The itel S23+ may be slightly expensive now but it’s still worth every penny if you want that gorgeous screen.

When the itel S23+ was launched, people were amazed about its design and price. Now that the discount event is over, should you still get it?

1. Help Always in Your Pocket

The itel S23+ has a built-in AI assistant named Aivana based on GPT. Considering the price of this device, the company made Aivana native to help users accomplish tasks. What’s striking about this AI assistant is its ability to compose articles and say them out loud if desired.

Then, why not use Google Assistant? Unfortunately, this app is heavy and isn’t as optimized as native apps, which tend to load faster.

2. All-Day Battery

Out of the box, itel S23+ comes with a 5000mAh battery and this is a common battery capacity today. That’s why it isn’t impressive.

itel did a neat trick to avoid S23+ from hogging too much power. First, it’s only 4G which consumes less power than 5G. Second, the phone’s processor is only the average Unisoc T616 that won’t eat much battery.

Limiting the consequences by using a weak CPU and 4G/LTE will add more hours on the device’s battery pack.

3. Experience FM Again

FM radio and the 3.5-millimeter have been disappearing in recent years, thanks to innovative technologies. But on itel S23+ you’ll get the most-beloved connectivity paired with a radio.

Since the handset has the 3.5mm jack, you can buy better earphones or headsets to take your listening experience to the world beyond.

4. Breathtaking Display

The real reason why people want itel S23+ is its otherworldly display. It’s a huge 6.78 inches of curved AMOLED display. Not only it’s curved but it’s also 1080p with a screen-to-body ratio of 93%.

On top of that, the curved screen supports an in-display fingerprint scanner to truly give that premium impression. It’s also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Formula

Before, people could only get a curved AMOLED screen from flagship smartphones. Now, the itel S23+ is offering those interested a chance to own one for a bargain. Thus, take this list into consideration:

  • Do you want a premium design on a slim body?
  • Do you want a curved screen that can resist scratches?
  • Do you want an AMOLED display with full HD resolution ?
  • Do you want a battery that can last a whole day?
  • Do you only have 8K to pay for all these?

itel S23+ is mainly about its curved AMOLED display as everything else is secondary. That said, the smartphone is worth the price if that’s exactly what you’ve been looking for years now. You won’t find another of such a thing within the budget-friendly category.

But if you’re looking for more power, then you’ll have to give up the beautiful screen or shell out more money to get both perks.

You can buy itel S23+ on Shopee. Regularly check out the official flagship store to get amazing S23+ deals every now and then.
