The Cupertino-based tech giant faces another watch-related blunder.
Just weeks after the class action lawsuit alleging Apple knowingly sold watch bands that contain PFAS, the tech giant faces another watch-related incident after users reported diminishing audio volume on their Apple Watch Series 10 after a period of time.

No one knows for sure if the issue stems from hardware or software issues. Some users have speculated that the issue emanates from moisture, which, if it did, negates the water resistance rating of 50 m. This in turn led users to try the Water Lock feature of the watch, which uses vibrations to eject excess water in the watch.
Apple has yet to confirm or deny the issue, but users that did contact Apple Support were advised to send in their watch for repair or were offered replacements. However, some users have claimed that even after replacing the watch, the issue still persists.
We’re not sure if the issue only happens to watches shipped to the North American market or if PH users also experience the dreaded defect.
If you’re currently experiencing issues with your Apple Watch Series 10, make sure to give Apple Support a ring.
