The ASUS ROG Phone 9 punched through AnTuTu and beat a premium gaming smartphone.
Before the year end, ASUS ROG Phone 9 broke records and made a new top scoreline with 3,121,390 points on Snapdragon 8 Elite. It overtook REDMAGIC 10 Pro+, which scored 3,116,126 points.
The tested ASUS ROG Phone 9 also featured 24GB RAM and 1TB of onboard storage, running Android 15. This device excelled across the three main metrics of AnTuTu versus the other gaming phone.
ASUS ROG Phone 9 | REDMAGIC 10 Pro+ | |
CPU | 661,243 | 710,901 |
GPU | 1,256,559 | 1,251,000 |
Memory | 672,974 | 671,144 |
UX | 672,974 | 483,081 |
ASUS ROG Phone 9 was a bit behind on the CPU score but it scored a lot on the UX. The lower CPU score might be due to throttling while the UX could be linked to the 185Hz refresh rate, as opposed to the 144Hz of the other device.
Speculations suggest that the ASUS ROG Phone 9 features:
- 6.78” FHD+ AMOLED panel with under-display fingerprint
- 50MP main camera with OIS
- 13MP ultra-wide lens
- 5MP macro sensor
- 32MP selfie camera
- Stereo speakers with 3.5mm headphone jack
- Storm White and Phantom Black colorways
The Redmi K80 Pro also breached 3M on AnTuTu.
