Disney+ PH Confirmed! LinkedIn Job Openings Hints To Launch!

Looks like we’re finally near in streaming our favorite Disney shows and movies soon…

It’s been a while since Disney+ announced its launch some time ago with its target around October 2022, while it is definitely great news, we felt like there’s not much assurance that the streaming platform will 100% makes its territory here, but now–there’s some solid answers.

Disney+ looking for an assistant manager and many more via LinkedIn–looks like this is finally happening!

Just a couple of weeks ago, Disney Philippines posted on LinkedIn and it says that they’re looking for an Assistant Manager that will handle the Social Media Marketing for the launch of the streaming platform in the Philippines.

But there’s more than this position: they’re also offering job openings for the following: Brand Manager and Content Marketing and even an executive position that will take in charge of the curation and planning.

The plot thickens has a “regional support for Asian titles” requirements is included. Maybe this is a sign that Disney+ will also having Asian-oriented content such as Korean films/dramas as this is also another requirement, since the company is seeking for someone who is “passionate about Korean/Asian titles”.

It’s no surprise now that Disney+ will be making its next move making a strong presence in the PH market, now our Marvel and Star Wars fans will finally get to stream their favorite shows and movies real soon! But for us, we’ll be streaming Morbius 24/7 365, because it’s Morbin’ time.
