The HMD Skyline 2 has appeared in a new leak, giving us an early look at its design and key specifications. While it brings several upgrades, the overall design remains very similar to the original Skyline.

According to a reliable HMD tipster, the Skyline 2 will be available in Blue, Black, and Yellow.

Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and 144Hz OLED display

The phone is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.

On the front, it is expected to sport an OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2,000 nits peak brightness.

108MP camera and magnetic wireless charging

For cameras, the Skyline 2 is tipped to include:

  • 108MP main camera with OIS
  • 50MP telephoto camera
  • 50MP ultra-wide camera
  • 50MP selfie camera

The phone is also expected to support 40W wired fast charging and retain its built-in magnets for wireless charging, just like its predecessor.

HMD has yet to announce the Skyline 2 officially, so these details should be taken with a grain of salt until the company confirms them.
