HONOR is coming back with a bang after inviting the local press after a long hiatus, hopefully they can find their groove again, honorably!
In a contract-signing event, Daniel Wang, Director of Channel Management Department of
Honor Device Com., Ltd. and Ricky Sy, President of HONOR Philippines/Iridium Technologies
Inc., signed the deal marking the re-entrance of the technology brand in the country. The deal
will make HONOR products available in the country through its local distributor, Iridium
Technologies.
As a global iconic technology brand, HONOR’s main goal is to come up with innovative products
to consumers. In the past year, HONOR has invested on its research and development to provide
advanced and high-quality technology products to consumers. Moreover, HONOR continues to develop strategic partnerships with different supply chain manufacturers around the globe such as Intel, AMD, MediaTek, Microsoft, and Qualcomm. With the said partnerships, the brand will provide consumers with products of high quality and advanced technology beyond smartphones.
HONOR is committed to becoming a global iconic tech life that brings “smart life” across all

Honor vanished from the PH market discreetly last 2020 with their last release, the Honor 20 Lite. But now, Honor has come back again, now as an independent company.
Backtracking things up, Honor was once a sub-brand of Huawei before announcing the sale of the brand in November of 2020. Before, Honor is also not allowed to have Google Services because of their affiliation with Huawei. But now, things are changed for the better, as the brand got its access back for Google Services, making them a step-foot forward to Huawei. After cooling down for a bit and carefully making their tracks for a short period of time, Honor is now one of the biggest smartphone brands in China. Honor even got the highest ranking camera rating at DxOMark for the HONOR Magic4 Ultimate.
Honor still has a lot of steam left and a new vision for its Philippine audience here, so let’s find out what models they will release here. For example, Honor’s press invite teaser showed a device with a punch-hole display that looks like a toned-down version of the premium Honor Magic 4 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and a curved glass design.
