HONOR has launched the Turbo 5G in the Eurasia region, targeting users who want massive battery life without moving into flagship territory. Its biggest headline is an 8,560mAh battery, backed by 80W wired charging and IP69 protection.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. In Geekbench 6, the device reportedly scores around 1,070 points in single-core and 3,060 points in multi-core.

The battery is clearly the Turbo 5G’s main selling point.
HONOR has packed an 8,560mAh cell into the phone while keeping its weight at just 196 grams. GizmoChina notes that this is lighter than some phones carrying much smaller 5,000mAh batteries.
The battery supports 80W wired fast charging, giving the phone a combination of high capacity and relatively fast charging.
HONOR’s Eurasia product page also advertises the battery as capable of up to three days of use under its stated testing conditions.
The Turbo 5G comes with a 6.79-inch AMOLED display featuring a Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
It’s a fairly large screen for the mid-range segment, making the phone better suited to users who spend a lot of time watching videos, browsing, or gaming.
Some regional reports list additional display details, including a 1.5K resolution, but the launch information from GizmoChina and HONOR’s regional listing support the Full HD+ specification, so that is the safer figure to use for now.
The phone uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, positioning it as a mid-range device rather than a performance flagship.
The reported Geekbench 6 scores sit around 1,070 single-core and 3,060 multi-core, which should be enough for everyday apps, social media, streaming, and typical multitasking.
The Turbo 5G pairs the chipset with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
HONOR keeps the camera hardware relatively straightforward.
The rear setup consists of a 50MP main camera and a 5MP ultra-wide camera, while selfies and video calls are handled by a 16MP front camera.
This isn’t a phone designed to compete with camera-focused flagships. HONOR is instead putting more of the hardware budget into battery capacity, charging, and durability.
The Turbo 5G also stands out for its IP69 rating, giving it strong protection against dust and water.
HONOR’s own Eurasia listing additionally specifies IP66, IP68 and IP69K protection and says the phone has been tested for drops of up to 2.5 meters under its stated conditions.
That makes durability another major part of the phone’s pitch, especially for users who want a device that can handle tougher everyday conditions.
The Turbo 5G ships with MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.
However, HONOR has not announced how many years of Android or security updates the phone will receive.
Price and availability
The HONOR Turbo 5G starts at 33,990 Russian rubles in the Eurasia region, equivalent to roughly CNY 2,716 or US$411 based on the exchange rates cited at launch.
It is available in Black, Green, and Orange.
HONOR has not yet announced wider global availability or confirmed whether the Turbo 5G will launch in other markets. Its software support policy also remains undisclosed.
