Just a month after introducing the HONOR X7e 4G, HONOR has unveiled the HONOR X7e Plus 5G, bringing several meaningful upgrades. Along with 5G connectivity, the new model packs a larger 8,100mAh battery, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset, a dedicated AI button, and improved durability.

Battery life is clearly the phone’s biggest selling point. The X7e Plus 5G increases the battery capacity from 7,500mAh on the 4G model to 8,100mAh, while keeping support for 45W SuperCharge. HONOR also claims the battery can operate in temperatures between -30°C and 50°C and retain over 80% of its health after years of regular use, based on internal testing.

The phone features a 6.87-inch HD+ TFT LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,020 nits peak brightness, plus Dynamic Dimming and Eye Comfort modes. It runs Android 16 with MagicOS 10 and is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4, paired with up to 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and RAM Turbo for smoother multitasking.
One feature that stands out is the dedicated AI button, which provides quick access to Circle to Search, AI Eraser, AI Memory, AI Summary, and Smart Recommendations.

For cameras, the device comes with a 50MP main camera and an auxiliary rear sensor, while selfies are handled by a 5MP front camera. Other features include stereo speakers with 400% volume mode, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1 with LDAC and aptX HD, USB Type-C, dual SIM, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The X7e Plus 5G is also built to handle tougher conditions with IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings, along with SGS Premium Drop and Crush Resistance certification. It measures 168.3 × 78.54 × 8.3mm and weighs 216.5g.
