After the initial launch in March, the finally released the Huawei Mate X3 along with the P60 and the P60 Pro in the Philippines today.
Design
The Huawei Mate X3 comes in Black, White, Violet, Dark Green, and Gold. It weighs 239g and has a glass front and back back. Other variants also have an eco leather back, and an aluminum frame. The phone has a hybrid dual SIM but sadly no 5G as you probably know already.
Display
Its display is a foldable OLED with 1B colors and 120Hz. The size of the screen is 7.85 inches with a resolution is 2224 x 2496 pixels. It also has a cover display, which is OLED, 120Hz, 6.4 inches, 1080 x 2504 pixels, and has Kunlun Glass protection.
Camera
The phone’s main camera is a triple camera with 50 MP (wide), PDAF, Laser AF (periscope telephoto), and 13 MP (ultrawide). Its features include LED flash, panorama, and HDR, and it can record videos at [email protected]/60fps. The selfie camera is a single 8 MP (wide) and also has a cover camera that is 8 MP (wide).
Performance
The phone runs on HarmonyOS 3.1 and has no Google Play Services (again as you already know). Its chipset is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G (4 nm), with Adreno 730 GPU. The phone has 256GB or 512GB or 1TB internal storage and 12GB RAM along with a Nano Memory card slot that supports up to 256GB.
Pricing and Availability
The Huawei Mate X3 costs Php 109,999 for the 12GB/512GB variant and it will be available for pre-order in the Philippines from May 12 to May 25 2023
