At least 10 smartphones are getting HyperOS 2 at the start of 2025!
Previously, Xiaomi revealed the HyperOS 2 upgrade roadmap, which included the list of eligible devices for 2024 and 2025. But it only represented the rollout in China.
According to a report, the global roadmap of HyperOS 2 upgrade leaked and it highlighted at least 10 Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO smartphones. Excited?
The leak suggested that these devices will get the upgrade in the first quarter of 2025:
- Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 14T Series
- Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 13T
- POCO F6, POCO F6 Pro
- POCO X6 Pro 5G
- Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G
- Redmi 13, Redmi 12
Some models from the leak do match to the ones on the list posted on Xiaomi’s official website, scheduled for this year’s upgrade. For example, the Chinese Xiaomi 14 Series and Xiaomi 13 Series are scheduled for November and December 2024, respectively.
The ETA of the global firmware update looks like one to two months after the Chinese version comes out. The POCO X6 Pro 5G, as per the leak, is getting it in Q1 2025. This is a rebrand of the Redmi K70E, which is receiving HyperOS 2 in November 2024.
