Infinix enters the laptop market once again with GT BOOK. Powered by Intel and NVIDIA, the device features dual-fan cooling and AI acceleration.
Infinix is on the roll and will launch a PC companion for the latest GT smartphone. This is the Infinix GT BOOK powered by a powerful chipset combo and a refresh rate screen.
The brand’s official website already showed the specifications and likely configurations of this new laptop. It runs Windows 11 Home with a one-month free Microsoft 365.
The configurations of the Infinix GT BOOK will be based on the following CPU and GPU tiers:
- Processor
- Intel Core i5-12450H
- Intel Core i5-13420H
- Intel Core i7-13620H
- Intel Core i9-13900H
- Graphics
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 6GB GDDR6
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB GDDR6
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 with 8GB GDDR6
If you combine the CPU and GPU, they will consume up to 115 watts of power. That may lead to throttling under heavy load.
However, Infinix installed the ICE Storm 3.0 active cooling system. It has two fans to keep the heat away from the board.
These fans likely have air inlets at the bottom and vents at the back. This design is more effective compared to vents facing the display.
For portable computing experience, the Infinix GT BOOK sports a 70Wh battery. Charge it easily with the 190W full-power adapter.
Interestingly, the device features 230 TOPS needed for AI acceleration.
