Sexy and tough, the Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ is a stylish mid-range gizmo built using TitanWing architecture.
Let’s welcome the Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ in our illustrious tier list! This 4G-ready mid-ranger is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100, capable of delivering enough performance for everyday tasks.
The device also boasts a large curved AMOLED panel that spans 6.78 inches, 1080p resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage.
In terms of photography, the Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ has a decent camera setup in 50+2MP at the back and 13MP at the front. Using the handset all-day is not an issue with its 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging.
Despite the curved display and ultra-thin thin profile, the smartphone sports IP54 dust and water resistance and Corning Gorilla Glass for some durability. They make up the TitanWing architecture of the latest Infinix HOT Series.
Stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack are featured as well, both tuned by JBL for excellent audio experience.
With an SRP of around 8.5K, we rate the Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ “Maganda na” and the main reason is the lack of 5G. The AMOLED panel yields excellent blacks and colors but it’s better paired with a higher resolution.
If you’re thinking about function or budget, some alternatives are the itel P55 5G (5G CPU), TECNO POVA 6 Neo (higher battery), and nubia Neo 2 5G (5G and higher battery). The third alternative is better across the board but pricier.
