It’s time to rank the Infinix HOT 50 in our smartphone tier list! This 4G-ready mid-ranger is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100, with decent performance, and a wholly unique design that’s actually cute?
First off, are its specs:
The Infinix HOT 50 boasts a large LCD display that spans 6.78 inches, 1080p resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage.
In terms of photography, the Infinix HOT 50 has a 50+2MP camera setup at the back and 8MP at the front. Using the handset all-day is not an issue with its 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging – decent charge speed, but not enough for some users though
Stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack are featured as well, which is expected for a phone at this price point.
The Infinix HOT 50 “Maganda na” offers an attractive price point of PHP 6,999. However, its lack of 5G connectivity limits its future-proofing. While it could be a “Super Sulit” option, its slower charging speed and camera performance compared to peers in its tier may be a drawback for some users.
If you’re thinking about function or budget, some alternatives are the itel P55 5G (5G CPU), TECNO POVA 6 Neo (higher battery), and nubia Neo 2 5G (5G and higher battery). The third alternative is better across the board but pricier.
