Smartphone brand Infinix took the crown with 16% total market share!
Infinix has taken over the smartphone market in the second quarter of this year. The rising mobile brand has peaked at 16% total market share, representing its efforts and appealing products.
Infinix posted on Facebook that IDC’s soon-to-be-released data revealed the company’s positive year-over-year growth in five quarters, from Q2 2023 to Q2 2024. While the growth wasn’t massive in three consecutive quarters, the brand skyrocketed in Q2 2024 and one of the reasons is the launch of the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
This gaming-centric smartphone with mecha design has brought mobile gamers together. The Infinix GT 20 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate, 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of onboard storage.
It sports a large 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. With a built-in frame rate stabilizer, the Infinix GT 20 Pro lets you experience mobile games at a steady 120 FPS.
One of its appealing features is bypass charging paired with a side-facing charging port. You can play your games while charging without the obstruction of the cable.
