The leaked iPhone 16 product details should be taken with a grain of salt as they remain unconfirmed. Notably, the battery capacities, particularly for the iPhone 16 Pro, appear underwhelming based on the leaked information. Additionally, the standard models might stick with a 60Hz refresh rate. Despite these potential drawbacks, the overall product overview is intriguing.
Well, unto the colors. The initial leaks of the iPhone 16 Pro Max showcased a puzzling brownish hue that divided opinions. While some warmed to its bronze-like tone, others were less enthusiastic. However, recent revelations suggest the color is closer to a Sahara-inspired gold than the previously leaked copper shade.
Apple appears to be streamlining color options, with “Titanium” replacing “Natural” and “Blue” across the Pro models.The new gold variant is expected to take the place of the rumored Rose option.
While the Pro Max leans towards muted tones, the standard iPhone 16 lineup is rumored to offer bolder color choices like Blue, Green, and Pink.
Design-wise, the iPhone 16 Pro models are set to introduce a significant shift. The camera system will adopt a vertical alignment, reminiscent of the iPhone 12, while the iconic square camera island is making way for a fresh look not seen since the iPhone X and XS era.
