The render video was published by YouTube channel fpt., which claims the device is already in the early stages of production.
While Apple has not confirmed any details, the concept combines several rumors that have surfaced in recent months from supply chain reports and analysts including Mark Gurman.
According to the renders, the rumored iPhone 20 could feature:
- Nearly bezel free design
- Glass flowing across all four edges
- Full glass rear panel
- Under display Face ID
- No physical buttons on the sides
Apple May Skip Straight to “iPhone 20”
One of the biggest questions surrounding the leak is the name itself.
If Apple continues its normal numbering strategy, the 2027 model should technically launch as the iPhone 19. However, rumors claim the company may skip directly to “iPhone 20” to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the original iPhone.
Apple previously did something similar in 2017 when it skipped the iPhone 9 and launched the iPhone X for the iPhone’s tenth anniversary.
