The iQOO 15 is set to be the brand’s next flagship, with a series of leaks revealing its core specifications and a new feature designed to boost mobile gaming performance.
Key Geekbench Scores Revealed

Recent Geekbench listings have confirmed the existence of the iQOO 15, which is expected to run on the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. While initial rumors suggested record-breaking scores, more recent listings show a single-core score of 2,360 and a multi-core score of 7,285. This is still a strong performance, but it is important to note the conflicting reports on its exact benchmark standing.
The Q3 Gaming Chip

The most compelling detail to emerge is the inclusion of a “self-developed” Q3 gaming chip. This dedicated co-processor is rumored to enable full-scene ray tracing in games like Genshin Impact, a capability that has not been achieved on a mobile device to date. This suggests iQOO is not just relying on the main SoC but is developing its own silicon to enhance gaming.
Other Flagship-Level Specs
The iQOO 15 is expected to feature other premium components, including a 2K Samsung AMOLED display, a large 7,000mAh+ battery, and a versatile triple 50MP camera setup with a periscope telephoto lens. The phone is also rumored to support 100W wired charging.
Anticipated Launch
According to various reports, the iQOO 15 is expected to be unveiled in China in October 2025, with a wider global release to follow.
