iQOO is expected to officially unveil the iQOO 15 series in China on October 20, 2025. The brand has already started teasing its design and key features, hinting at a bold new phone lineup for later this year.

iQOO 15’s Design and Specs

The iQOO 15 will reportedly feature a color-shifting back panel that changes from gray to pink under light. A small but stylish twist. The display is said to be a 6.85-inch 2K LTPO panel with ultra-slim bezels and improved brightness, giving it that flagship feel right out of the box.
Inside, the iQOO 15 Pro is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and Android 16. It’s the same chip expected in other top-tier phones this year, so performance won’t be an issue.
The series might also include an Ultra model, rumored to feature better cooling, faster charging, and gaming-focused features.
The phone is tipped to have three 50MP cameras, including a 3x periscope telephoto lens for zoom shots with better detail. Battery-wise, it could pack a 7,000mAh cell with 100W or higher fast charging, putting it ahead of most flagships in battery life and speed.
