iQOO has officially introduced the iQOO 15T, marking the debut of the brand’s T series lineup. The device enters the flagship gaming segment with a custom MediaTek chipset, a large battery, and the first 200 megapixel camera ever used on an iQOO smartphone.
Instead of using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 found in the standard iQOO 15 and Ultra models, the iQOO 15T runs on MediaTek’s custom MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition.
The chip is a modified version of the standard Dimensity 9500 and works alongside iQOO’s in house Q3 gaming chip to improve frame rate stability during gaming sessions.
The phone can be configured with:
- Up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM
- Up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage
The front of the device is dominated by a 6.82 inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with:
- 3168 × 1440 resolution
- 144Hz refresh rate
- Up to 4,500 nits peak local brightness
The display also integrates:
- 16 megapixel front camera
- Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner
Despite the gaming focused positioning, iQOO also pushed camera hardware further this time.
The iQOO 15T becomes the brand’s first smartphone to feature a 200 megapixel main camera. The sensor measures 1/1.56 inch and uses an f/1.88 aperture alongside OIS support.
The rear camera system also includes a 50 megapixel ultrawide camera.
One of the device’s biggest highlights is its massive 8,000mAh silicon carbon battery.
The battery supports 100W wired fast charging. Wireless charging is not included.
The iQOO 15T also carries:
- IP68 rating
- IP69 rating
On the software side, the device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6.
The iQOO 15T is available in:

- White
- Gradient finish
Pricing starts at CNY 3,799 (₱34,423*) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version.
The top end 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant is priced at CNY 5,699 (₱51,639*).
