At the front, the iQOO 15T is rumored to feature a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, aligning it with other high-end performance-focused devices.

Powering the phone is said to be MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, a flagship-grade processor that’s quickly becoming a common thread among next-generation Android devices in this segment.

Battery capacity is shaping up to be one of the phone’s biggest highlights. The iQOO 15T is tipped to pack a massive 8,000mAh battery, putting it among the largest in its class.

Charging is expected to top out at 100W wired speeds, although the device will reportedly skip wireless charging altogether. A trade-off that suggests iQOO is prioritizing capacity and speed over convenience.

For imaging, the device is rumored to feature a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary camera, hinting at a strong focus on high-resolution photography. Details about the rest of the camera system, however, remain undisclosed for now.

The handset is also expected to include a metal frame, reinforcing its flagship positioning in terms of build quality.

Alongside the iQOO 15T, the company is reportedly working on a new Neo 11 series smartphone, which is expected to bring incremental upgrades over its predecessor, though specific details have yet to surface.

There’s also a tablet in development, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro. According to leaks, it may feature a 13.2-inch LCD display with 4K resolution, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The tablet is also said to pack a 13,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and could arrive in Man Dao, Grey Crystal, and Silver Wing color options.
