The iQOO Neo 11S has surfaced in another leak, revealing what could be its biggest upgrades ahead of launch. According to new information from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone will feature a customized MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, a 2K OLED display, and a battery exceeding 9,000mAh, putting a strong focus on gaming performance and battery life.

According to the leak, the Neo 11S will use a deeply customized version of MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset. Instead of running at the standard clock speeds, the processor is said to be slightly underclocked and paired with iQOO’s own software optimizations to improve gaming stability, overall performance, and power efficiency.

This would be a notable change from last year’s iQOO Neo 11, which launched with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

The leak also claims the Neo 11S will feature a 2K flat OLED display built using a new domestic display manufacturing process. If accurate, it would be the only smartphone in its price range to combine a 2K display with the Dimensity 9500 chipset.

Battery capacity is also getting a significant upgrade. The phone is tipped to pack a battery larger than 9,000mAh, making it considerably bigger than the one found in its predecessor.

Charging is said to reach 100W wired, although the device is not expected to support wireless charging.

Digital Chat Station previously revealed that the Neo 11S could arrive in four memory configurations:

Variant
12GB + 256GB
12GB + 512GB
16GB + 256GB
16GB + 512GB

The phone is also rumored to come in three colors:

  • Light White
  • Shadow Black
  • Wind Chaser

Other leaked features include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner along with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.

An alleged iQOO Neo 11S carrying model number V2545A has also appeared on Geekbench.

The listing shows the device running Android 16 with 16GB of RAM, posting benchmark scores of 3,395 in the single-core test and 10,312 in the multi-core test.

While iQOO has yet to officially announce the Neo 11S, the latest leaks suggest the company is focusing on three key areas: display quality, gaming performance, and battery life. As always, the chipset, display, battery capacity, charging, memory options, colors, and launch timeline remain based on leaks and should be treated as unofficial until iQOO makes an official announcement.
