The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is almost here, and a new leak has revealed nearly the entire hardware package ahead of its launch.
According to Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone will combine a Dimensity 9500M chipset, iQOO’s dedicated Q2 gaming chip, a 9,100mAh battery, and a 144Hz display. The phone is positioned as a gaming-focused model, so iQOO appears to be putting performance and battery life ahead of camera hardware.

Unlike some high-end phones that use LTPO panels, iQOO is reportedly going with a regular LTPS display. The panel will use Visionox F2 luminescent material and reach 1,000 nits of full-screen brightness, with the figure likely referring to brightness measured across a 100% white display area.
The high refresh rate fits the phone’s gaming focus, giving supported games and animations a smoother experience.
The phone will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500M, which iQOO itself has already teased.
The chipset will be paired with iQOO’s self-developed Q2 gaming chip, adding dedicated hardware for gaming-related workloads.
The biggest number on the spec sheet is the 9,100mAh battery.
That’s getting remarkably close to the 10,000mAh capacity that has been rumored for the phone. Despite the massive battery, iQOO is keeping the charging system relatively straightforward with 100W wired fast charging.
The large battery should also give the Neo11 Ultra plenty of endurance, particularly for gaming and other demanding workloads.
The camera hardware is considerably less ambitious.
There is no indication of a telephoto camera in the leaked specifications.
That is not necessarily surprising. iQOO is positioning the Neo11 Ultra as a budget-friendly, gaming-centric smartphone, so the company appears to be spending more of the hardware budget on its chipset, gaming processor, display, and enormous battery.
Launch is close
The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is expected to launch within days, with iQOO already teasing the device and confirming its Dimensity 9500M chipset.
Digital Chat Station’s latest leak fills in much of the remaining hardware, including the display, cameras, battery, charging, build, and dimensions.
iQOO has yet to reveal the complete official specifications and pricing, so the leaked details should still be treated as unofficial until the launch.
