itel’s upcoming A80 has been spotted on Google Play, hinting at an entry-level device with modern features.
The A80 packs a Unisoc Tiger T603 chipset with 3GB of RAM, ideal for everyday tasks. The display offers a sharp HD+ resolution (likely 720 x 1600 pixels).
Surprisingly, for an affordable phone, the A80 will run the latest Android 14 out of the box. This ensures access to the newest features and security updates.
If the A80 follows its predecessor, the A70 (launched in 2023), we can expect a slim design (around 8.6mm), a long-lasting 5000mAh battery, and support for 10W wired charging. The price is also likely to be similar to the A70’s current price on Amazon India, which is around 6499 INR(~₱45,36.12).
