Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 widens access of users to optimized Qualcomm performance for an affordable price.
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 is now available, launched quietly by Qualcomm. Its first bearer is the Motorola Moto G57 5G, which is yet to be released. But how’s it different from the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2?
Both chipsets are designed to deliver performance without axing users’ budgets. They can enjoy the popular Qualcomm experience at reasonable price tags and have a taste of new technologies like Wi-Fi 6.
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 comes with two clusters in its architecture where four performance cores are clocked at 2.4 GHz and six efficiency cores are at 1.8 GHz. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, meanwhile, has four performance cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and six efficiency cores at 1.95 GHz. They even share the same Adreno 710 graphics.

The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 is for mid-range smartphones designed as all-rounders. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 is for mid-range offerings that favor higher display and camera performance.
