Lava has officially launched the Agni 4 in India, aiming to offer a powerful phone with premium features while keeping the price within reach. The device is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset and a smooth 120Hz AMOLED display, making it a strong contender in the competitive mid range space.
What makes the Agni 4 interesting

The Agni 4 comes with a 6.67 inch AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a peak brightness of around two thousand four hundred nits. This makes it easy to use even under bright sunlight and gives the phone a very fluid feel when scrolling or gaming. The frame is made of durable aluminum alloy and Lava has added what it calls a Super Anti Drop Diamond Frame for stronger protection.
Inside, the phone is powered by the Dimensity 8350. This is a four nanometer chip designed for performance oriented users. It is paired with eight gigabytes of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4 point zero storage. Lava also includes a large vapor chamber cooling system and a Game Booster feature to maintain consistent performance during long gaming sessions.
Cameras and AI features

The Lava Agni 4 introduces a new AI platform called Vayu AI. It lives on the home screen and offers features such as a math tutor, English tutor, AI photo editor, call summarizer and even an AI companion.
For photography, the device has a fifty megapixel main camera with optical image stabilisation and an eight megapixel ultra wide camera at the back. The front camera also has a fifty megapixel sensor. Both the front and rear cameras can record 4K video at sixty frames per second. There is also a customizable Action Key with more than one hundred possible shortcuts for quick access to your favorite functions.
Battery, performance and software

The phone has a five thousand milliampere hour battery with sixty six watt fast charging. Lava says it can reach fifty percent in under nineteen minutes. It runs on Android 15 and the company promises three major Android updates and four years of security patches.
The Agni 4 also includes stereo speakers, an infrared blaster, 5G support, Wi Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5 point 4.
Price and availability
The Lava Agni 4 is priced at 24999 rupees which is roughly about ₱16800. Lava is offering an additional two thousand rupee discount for early buyers. Sales begin on November 25 through Amazon India.
