What MannyPay Does
MannyPay supports several payment options including e wallets, credit cards, online banking and over the counter channels. The app also provides tools for businesses such as mass payouts, recurring payments and online collections.
MannyPay is operated by MannyPay Corporation in partnership with 7th Pillar Integration Systems Corp.
The company says the platform is designed for quick transactions with minimal fees.
MannyPay has also partnered with Prime Electric Holdings Inc. to let customers pay utility bills through the app. This suggests that MannyPay is positioning itself for broader usage beyond simple peer to peer payments.
Digital payments continue to grow in the Philippines as more people look for convenient and affordable ways to manage money. MannyPay enters a competitive space where established services already provide QR payments, wallet services and merchant tools.
Pacquiao has been involved in previous digital ventures like NFTs and crypto projects. MannyPay marks a shift to a regulated payment service with a clearer financial use case.
