The Motorola Moto S50 shares the same processor with the Motorola Edge 50 Neo.
A new Motorola smartphone emerged on Geekbench with a model number XT2409-5. This device scored 1,057 points on single-core performance and 2,977 points on multi-core performance.
This is the alleged Motorola Moto S50 powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, according to latest reports. The processor has a base frequency of 2.0 GHz and max frequency of 2.5 GHz. It has two clusters divided into four cores per each frequency mentioned.
Other specs previously reported about the Motorola Moto S50 include the Mali-G615 graphics, 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, 6.36-inch OLED panel, 1200p display resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Android 14. It’s also expected to have 4,400 mAh battery capacity and 68 W rapid charging.
For photography, the handset is speculated with a triple-rear camera setup. The main camera is a 50 MP sensor with OIS and is accompanied by a 13 MP ultra-wide lens and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front-facing camera is a 32 MP selfie shooter.
This midranger includes IP68 dust and water resistance and an in-display fingerprint sensor. No release date or price has been unveiled as of writing.
