Motorola should just name it Edge 60 ConFusion, because it confuses us why there are two options…

Premium feel without the premium price
Starting off with the design, continuing the trend that the previous Edge 50 started, the Edge 60 Fusion features a distinct faux-canvas finish. However, you can only get this design with the “Amazonite” teal variant, while the blue and pink variants offer a faux-leather finish.
Measuring less than 8mm in thickness, it really does measure up to the Edge moniker. At the front, there’s a 6.67-inch 1220p LTPO P-OLED display that puts up quite a fight when compared to much pricier rivals. Seeing as this is an Edge phone, the screen edges are quad-curved, giving it a more premium look and feel.
No more hiding behind a case
Protection-wise, the Edge 60 Fusion boasts plenty of protection ratings that would take off your mind putting on a case on the phone. These ratings consist of a Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for the screen, an IP68 and 69 dust and water resistance, and compliance with the MIL-STD-810H military-grade testing.
It’s not all rainbows and sunshines
With a phone of this price, there are bound to be cuts in some places. Unfortunately, these cuts fall on the chipset used. The Edge 60 Fusion comes in either a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 or 7400, depending on the region, as well as storage options of up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
More is less?
The camera island will lead you to believe that the Edge 60 Fusion implements a triple or even quad camera system, but you’d be wrong… The phone only has a dual camera setup comprising a 50 MP main shooter and a 13 MP ultra-wide lens. The other two modules house the LED flash as well as the flicker sensor.
But it’s not just any 50 MP main shooter, the sensor used is a Sony LYTIA 700C which boasts better low-light performance and faster capture speed. The camera is also validated by Pantone, the leading expert in colors. As for the selfie camera, the Edge 60 Fusion is equipped with a 32 MP sensor with 4K recording.
As for the software, the Edge 60 Fusion runs Android 15 and will be supported for 3 major Android upgrades. And as with any phone of this era, there are also AI features such as audio transcription and summarization and a Magic Canvas feature that generates images based on text prompts.

Right now, the Edge 60 Fusion is only available in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, with prices starting at ₹22,999 in India or ₱15,381.32 in Philippine pesos. While it might be a little pricey for the Filipino consumer, we still think that it could be popular among those who want a uniquely designed phone with reliable performance.
How ‘bout you? Would you buy the Edge 60 Fusion?
