noplace social media app: The new Myspace for Gen Z

Return to the times when the internet is fun with noplace! Experience the meaning of social networking once more.

The essence of social networking has seemingly diminished in the age of social media apps. But one app is about to change that. Meet noplace, an app where connection and socialization drive the experience.

The noplace was initially launched with invites only. Now, it’s commercially available to let more users enjoy its remake of the social networking experience.

Unlike other social media apps, noplace focuses on text, customization, and communication with your social circle. Thus, don’t expect updates filled with nothing but photos and videos. The experience is reminiscent of Myspace, perhaps Friendster too, with a blend of Twitter.

You can customize many aspects of your profile, including background colors, relationship status, and interests and hobbies. There’s also the Stars that serve like tags in other platforms.

You can showcase your Top 10 Friends on your profile. Hold and drag to select the individuals for this section. While it’s not a real competition, it’s a dedicated place where you can rank your social circle, like ranking your best friend first and your lover second or vice versa. It’s up to you.

noplace features Chats so you can communicate with your circle in real time. Group Chats supported too!

According to noplace, the only thing they will collect is your phone number when you sign up and log into the app. They also said that: “we don’t share your number or anything else about you with third parties like some other apps do.”

As of writing, noplace is only available on the App Store. No word yet of its launch on the Play Store.
