The nubia Focus 2 5G gets a design overhaul with three cameras. No Pro version is expected.
A ZTE certification document revealed a new Focus smartphone – the nubia Focus 2 5G. It’s an intriguing series known for economic pricing with focus on select specs.
According to a report, the leaked image of the alleged nubia Focus 2 5G showed three camera holes on its round camera island. It’s difficult to determine if the device will actually feature three sensors, but the LED flash is obviously placed at the top corner outside the island.
The previous generation, nubia Focus 5G, only featured two cameras and a flash, while the Pro version had three. Considering the price point of this series, its strong points are limited to the main camera, large battery, and fast charging, on top of 5G connectivity.
As for nubia Focus 2 5G, a Wi-Fi certification noted “Android V” or Vanilla Ice Cream, which is Android 15, and Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Specs-wise, we can assume these using the specs of the first generation:
- 6.56” to 6.72” inches IPS LCD
- FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate
- 108MP main camera
- 5MP to 8MP selfie shooter or 32MP if no Pro version is planned
- Up to 8GB RAM
- Up to 256GB ROM
- 5000mAh battery
- 33W fast charging
The nubia Focus Pro is now available for an SRP of PHP 11,999 but it’s often sold with a discount.
