The OnePlus 13 features some upgrades than its previous model but is likely to get a new processor.
Key specs of the OnePlus 13 surfaced online and it revealed the main camera and battery details. We could say that it’s tankier compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus 12.
First off is the camera. It’s the Sony LYT-808 main camera with 50 MP and aperture of f/1.6. If you didn’t know, this is the same primary camera used on the predecessor. The main camera will be paired with a 50 MP ultra-wide lens and a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom.
In terms of all-day usage, the OnePlus 13 is expected to last longer than its predecessor with 6,000 mAh capacity, up from 5,400 mAh. The battery will also support 100 W wired rapid charging and 50 W wireless fast charging capabilities.
Another thing adapted from the predecessor for the OnePlus 13 is the O916T haptic motor for accurate and realistic vibrations. Other reported specs include:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4
- 6.8 inches 8T LTPO OLED
- 2K resolution or 1440 x 3168 pixels
- 120Hz refresh rate
- Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor
- Android 14 with ColorOS 15
- IP68 or IP69K dust and water resistance
The OnePlus 13 may initially launch this October while a global launch is likely in January if the brand considers it.
