Radical Design Shift

The 15 is set to abandon the brand’s signature circular camera module. Leaked images show a new squared-off camera housing positioned in the top-left corner of the phone’s back panel. The new design is a clear departure and appears to be a more modern, streamlined look.

  • Processor: The OnePlus 15 will be among the first devices to run on the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
  • Display: A 6.78-inch flat 1.5K LTPO OLED display with an ultra-fast 165Hz refresh rate.
  • Camera: A new triple 50MP camera setup with a periscope telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom. The phone will also feature a new “DetailMax Engine”, marking an end to the partnership with Hasselblad.
  • Battery: A massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging.

Launch Timeline

The OnePlus 15 is rumored to have its official launch in October 2025 in China, with a global rollout to follow in early 2026.
