OnePlus is gradually revealing more details about its upcoming OnePlus N6 ahead of its launch in India later this month. The latest teaser confirms one of the phone’s biggest selling points: a massive 8,000mAh battery, the largest ever fitted into a OnePlus smartphone.
The company has also hinted at the device’s potential pricing, suggesting that the N6 could target the highly competitive sub-₹25,000 (~PHP 16,700) segment.
According to official teasers, the OnePlus N6 will pack an 8,000mAh battery, setting a new battery-capacity record for the brand. OnePlus claims the smartphone can deliver up to three days of usage on a single charge, making it one of the company’s most endurance-focused devices to date.
OnePlus is also emphasizing long-term battery health. The company says the battery is designed to maintain its health for up to seven years, highlighting a growing industry focus on battery longevity alongside capacity.
While OnePlus has not officially revealed the N6’s price, the promotional material offers an interesting clue.
The teaser includes a disclaimer referring to the device as the “best smartphone under ₹25,000 (~PHP 16,700) as of June 4, 2026.” Although the company stopped short of confirming a price, the wording strongly suggests that the OnePlus N6 will launch below the ₹25,000 mark.
There is also speculation that the device could land even closer to the ₹20,000 (~PHP 13,400) price segment, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious buyers.
The positioning would align with OnePlus’ evolving product strategy. The Nord CE6 Lite, which originally launched at around ₹20,999 (~PHP 14,000), has gradually moved up in price and now sells for approximately ₹25,999 (~PHP 17,400) for the 6GB + 128GB variant. If priced accordingly, the OnePlus N6 could effectively fill the price bracket that the Nord CE Lite series once occupied.
OnePlus has also confirmed that the smartphone will be available in two color options. While the official names have not yet been announced, the device will be offered in green and black variants.
The company has scheduled the OnePlus N6’s India launch for June 30 at 12:00 PM.
For now, OnePlus is keeping most of the remaining specifications under wraps. Details regarding the display, cameras, charging speeds, and official pricing are expected to be revealed in the weeks leading up to launch.
