OnePlus has officially launched the OnePlus Nord CE6 in India, bringing a mix of performance-focused hardware and unusually large battery capacity to the mid-range segment. The device goes on sale starting May 8 through online and offline channels.

At the front, the Nord CE6 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel supports up to 1,800 nits of brightness in high-brightness mode, positioning it as a bright and fluid screen for everyday use and gaming.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. This combination targets reliable mid-range performance with fast app loading and multitasking.

On the camera side, the phone keeps things simple with a dual rear setup. It includes a 50MP primary sensor based on the OmniVision OV50D40, accompanied by a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 32MP front-facing camera.

Battery is where the Nord CE6 stands out. It packs a massive 8,000mAh unit, paired with 80W wired charging. The device also supports 27W reverse wired charging, allowing it to power other devices when needed.
The phone runs on Android 16 with OxygenOS 16 on top and includes several AI-backed features, though specific functionalities were not detailed. Durability is another highlight, with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H certification.
Additional hardware includes an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and an infrared sensor. Connectivity options cover dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port.

The Nord CE6 is offered in Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl, and Pitch Black color options. Pricing starts at INR 29,999 (₱19,197*) for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at INR 32,999 (₱21,116*). The device will be available via the OnePlus India online store, Amazon India, and select offline retailers.
With its combination of a high-refresh-rate display, capable chipset, and unusually large battery, the Nord CE6 leans heavily into endurance and everyday performance. Two areas that continue to define the mid-range experience.
