Early details surrounding the upcoming OPPO Find X10 are beginning to take shape, and if the latest leaks are anything to go by, OPPO is preparing a serious flagship contender for its expected October debut in China.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, an engineering sample of the device is currently being tested with a 200MP primary camera, built around a large 1/1.4-inch sensor. That alone signals a major jump in imaging hardware, but OPPO may not stop there.
The phone’s 3x periscope telephoto camera is reportedly still under evaluation, with two possible configurations on the table. One option includes another 200MP sensor (1/1.56-inch), while the other uses a 64MP (1/2.0-inch) sensor. The latter is said to be a new sensor, while the 200MP unit is believed to be Samsung’s HP5. Either way, OPPO appears to be exploring multiple directions before finalizing the camera system.
On the front, the Find X10 is rumored to feature a flat display with a 165Hz refresh rate, based on a separate leak. Earlier reports suggest the panel could measure 6.59 inches with a 1.5K resolution, positioning it firmly in flagship territory with a focus on both sharpness and fluidity.
Battery life could be another standout. The Find X10 is rumored to pack a massive 8,000mAh battery, a capacity that would place it well ahead of most current flagship devices if confirmed.
Under the hood, the device is expected to run on an unannounced MediaTek Dimensity 9600 chipset, hinting at next-generation performance. While official details on the chip remain scarce, it is likely to compete directly with top-tier silicon from both Qualcomm and MediaTek’s current lineup.
The Find X10 series is also expected to expand beyond a single model. Reports indicate that OPPO may launch three variants: the standard Find X10, Find X10 Pro, and Find X10 Pro Max. All models are rumored to support MagSafe-like wireless charging, suggesting OPPO could be pushing further into magnetic accessory ecosystems.
While these details are still based on leaks and testing units, they collectively paint a picture of a device that’s aiming high across the board: camera hardware, display performance, and battery capacity included.
