OPPO is gearing up to launch its flagship Find X9 Ultra in China later this month, and ahead of its debut, a live image has surfaced online offering the clearest look yet at the device.
Camera-inspired design with a bold finish

The leaked image shows a design that closely matches earlier renders, now confirmed with a faux leather back. The look leans heavily into a camera-inspired aesthetic, complete with prominent Hasselblad branding.
At the center is a large circular camera module, housing what appears to be a quad-camera system. Markings on the module reveal an impressive 14–230mm focal range, suggesting significant versatility across ultra-wide to long-range zoom.
A stacked camera system with serious zoom
The Find X9 Ultra is shaping up to be a camera-focused flagship, with multiple high-resolution sensors:
- 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, described as a “built-in teleconverter”
- Uses a custom Samsung JNL sensor with an f/3.5 aperture
- 200MP main camera with a Sony LYT-901 sensor
- 200MP secondary telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom
- 50MP ultrawide camera
This setup positions the device as one of the more aggressive entries in mobile photography, especially with its extended zoom range.
Flagship specs to match
Beyond cameras, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, aligning it with high-end gaming and flagship standards.
Under the hood, it will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a large 7,050mAh battery.
Charging capabilities are also notable:
- 100W wired charging
- 50W wireless charging
Global launch confirmed
While the initial launch is set for China, the Find X9 Ultra is also expected to make its way to international markets. A Geekbench listing for the global variant has already surfaced, confirming a wider rollout beyond its home market.
With its combination of high-resolution sensors, extended zoom capabilities, and flagship hardware, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra is clearly aiming to push smartphone photography further while keeping performance and battery just as competitive.
