The Reno 15c was announced on December 15, 2025, for the Chinese market, confirming earlier rumors and certification leaks about its specs and positioning. Sales are set to begin December 19 in China with a set of color options aimed at mainstream buyers.

Design and Display

The phone sports a 6.59-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, delivering sharp visuals and smooth motion ideal for scrolling, gaming, and media consumption. An under-display fingerprint sensor handles biometric security, while the chassis carries a sleek glass back with multiple dust and water resistance ratings (IP66/68/69), signaling durability beyond typical mid-range expectations.

Performance and Hardware

At the heart of the Reno 15c is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and storage configurations of 256GB or 512GB. This combination aims to deliver responsive multitasking and solid everyday performance without hitting flagship-level pricing. Power management is anchored by a 6,500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging, helping reduce downtime on heavy use days.

Camera System

OPPO equips the Reno 15c with a versatile triple camera system:

  • 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor for standard shots
  • 8MP ultra-wide camera (IMX355) for landscapes and group photos
  • 50MP telephoto camera (Samsung JN5) for zoomed shots

A 50MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. While not pushing into flagship territory, this lineup offers flexibility for everyday photography.

Software and Connectivity

The Reno 15c boots Android 16 with ColorOS 16, bringing OPPO’s latest software refinements. Connectivity features include dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an IR blaster, and a USB-C port. Stereo speakers and an x-axis linear motor round out the multimedia and tactile experience.

Pricing and Availability

In China, pricing starts at ¥2,899 (₱24,200*) for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at ¥3,199 (₱26,800*). The phone is scheduled to hit shelves from December 19, 2025, in Starlight Bow, Aurora Blue, and College Blue colorways. Details on global availability and regional pricing have yet to be confirmed.
