Asus has released its latest line of flagship Android smartphones, the ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate. The company claims these to be the “gaming phones of your dreams”. The phone is an updated version of its 2022 counterpart, with upgrades like the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
It also has 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and an Android 13 out-of-the-box upgrade. The phones also offer wireless performance upgrades with Snapdragon Sound, Bluetooth 5.3, and Qualcomm aptX adaptive/Lossless Audio.
The ROG Phone 7 has a 6.78-inch FHD+/165Hz OLED panel, considered the fastest in the industry, and a peak brightness of 1,500 nits. The selfie camera has a 32MP lens, a huge jump from the previous 12MP. The phone features dual front-firing speakers, augmented with Dirac technology, and the all-too-rare 3.5mm jack.
The ROG Phone 7 12GB/256GB costs €999 which is around Php 61,000 and the 16GB/512GB variant costs €1199 Which is around Php 73,200 when converted
