The vivo T4 Ultra is a upper mid-range smartphone that runs OriginOS 5 on top of Android 15 and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ and Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU. The vivo T4 Ultra has up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

It comes with a 50 + 50 + 50 MP rear camera setup and a 50 MP selfie camera. The display is a 6.67 inches AMOLED display with resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels.

The vivo T4 Ultra also supports 5G via dual Nano-SIM. It is fueled by a 5500 mAh battery and 90W of wired charging. Sensors include a fingerprint, accelerometer, etc.

The vivo T4 Ultra’s price is yet to be announced.
