The vivo X100 Ultra is a premium flagship smartphone that runs Android 14 and OriginOS 4 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU and Adreno 750 GPU. The gadget has 12GB and 16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of internal storage.

It comes with a 50 + 200 + 50MP rear camera setup and a 50MP selfie camera. The display is a 6.78 inches LTPO AMOLED with resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.
