Poco F5 and F5 Pro to be released by end of April!

As anticipated, the POCO F5 will debut as the Redmi Note 12 Turbo’s worldwide variant, while the POCO F5 Pro will be a Redmi K60 with a new name. It will be announced by the end of April according to leaks

The POCO F5 series is rumored to be only a few weeks away, with an apparent late April release.

Also, More POCO F5 series images have leaked online, courtesy of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US. For reference, one photo of a POCO F5 series prototype surfaced last week with a design resembling the Redmi K60 or Redmi K60 Pro. Unfortunately, it was unclear whether 23049PCD8G, the model number that the FCC certified, related to the POCO F5 or the POCO F5 Pro.

Well, they certainly look similar yes?

Moreover, based on the new set of images shared by the likes of @TechnoAnkit1 and Xiaomiui, 23049PCD8G is the model number for the POCO F5. It is worth stressing that none of the images reveal Xiaomi’s intended marketing name. However, the device is the spitting image of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which is in line with previous rumors.

Thus, the POCO F5 should be one of the first global devices to launch with the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2, as well as the 64 MP primary camera and 67W fast charging that the leaked images also show. Meanwhile, POCO F5 Pro is expected to be a re-branded Redmi K60.

The presence of a 67 W fast charger implies that this is the case and not the 120 W-capable Redmi K60 Pro. According to Xiaomiui, Xiaomi will announce the POCO F5 and POCO F5 Pro between April 25 and April 27; pricing has not leaked yet, though.
