HUAWEI P70 Series may just come out under our noses if the brand continues the quiet way.
Everyone’s most anticipated smartphone of the year is arriving very soon. It’s the HUAWEI P70 Series, successor of the P60 lineup.
A recent report suggests that HUAWEI may opt for a silent rollout, instead of having a grand launch.
Why? Because the brand is adopting this new strategy and thus far, it’s working like the success of the HUAWEI Mate 60 Series in China. The same thing happened to the HONOR X50 Pro.
Of course, we can’t totally say that HUAWEI won’t go extravagant considering the P70 Series is a flagship lineup. But we can say that there are at least two versions in this series.
Rumors hinted at the two different screen sizes in 6.58 and 6.8 inches. The larger one seems a step-up from the 6.67-inch OLED screen on both HUAWEI P60 and P60 Pro.
What about the specs? Here’s what speculations say:
- Kirin 9010 processor
- 6.58- and 6.8-inch LTPO OLED
- 120Hz refresh rate
- 8/12GB RAM options
- 128/256/512GB ROM options
- Rear Cameras:
- 50MP main (variable aperture)
- 50MP ultrawide
- 50MP 4x periscope telephoto
- 32MP selfie camera
- 5000mAh battery
- 66W turbo charging
- IP68 dust and water resistance
Previously, the HUAWEI P70’s launch was pushed back to April. Rumors suggest it was due to heavy restrictions by the US government. But new claims indicate a problem with the supply chain.
Be on the lookout because the HUAWEI P70 Series may launch any time.
