realme Neo7 AnTuTu score revealed, will be a mid-range smartphone with a flagship processor

realme has announced a strategic decision to separate its popular Neo and GT series. The GT series will continue to focus on high-end performance, while the Neo series will now target the mid-range gaming segment.

realme’s VP and Global Marketing President, Xu Qi Chase, revealed this news on Weibo, emphasizing the Neo series’ commitment to three key pillars:

  1. Cross-Level Performance: Delivering flagship-level performance in a mid-range package.
  2. Leading Gaming Experience: Optimizing the devices for gamers.
  3. Trendy Design: Offering stylish and innovative designs.

The First Neo-Era Device: realme Neo7

The upcoming realme Neo7 will be the inaugural device in this newly independent series. It’s set to launch in December and will feature:

  • Massive Battery: A 7,000mAh battery for extended usage.
  • Powerful Processor: The Dimensity 9300+ chipset, promising impressive performance.

A recent AnTuTu benchmark leak suggests that the Neo7 could achieve a score of around 2.4 million points, putting it close to the flagship GT7 Pro. This indicates that the Neo7 will be a top-tier mid-range device, offering exceptional performance and battery life.

With this strategic move, realme aims to solidify its position in the mid-range smartphone market, offering compelling options for gamers and tech enthusiasts alike.
