The latest AnTuTu Android flagship rankings for May 2026 are in, and while many expected little movement due to rising storage prices and a slower pace of smartphone launches, the leaderboard ended up telling a different story.
Taking the top spot is the REDMAGIC 11S Pro+, which posted an impressive score of 4,171,821 points—the highest AnTuTu score recorded by any Android flagship in May and the highest score ever recorded on the benchmark platform to date.
Not far behind is the iQOO 15 Ultra, which secured second place with 4,144,802 points, followed by the vivo X300 Ultra Satellite Communication Edition in third with 4,103,004 points.
Rounding out the rest of the top ten are the iQOO 15, REDMAGIC 11 Pro+, realme GT8 Pro, OPPO Find X9 Ultra Satellite Communication Edition, HONOR WIN, iQOO 15T, and HONOR Magic 8 Pro.
vivo and iQOO dominate the list
One of the biggest takeaways from May’s rankings is vivo’s strong showing. Between the vivo and iQOO brands, the company managed to place four smartphones in the top ten.
REDMAGIC and HONOR each secured two spots, while OPPO and realme claimed one position each.
Snapdragon continues its flagship dominance
The chipset breakdown paints an equally interesting picture. Nine of the ten smartphones in the rankings are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, reinforcing the chip’s position at the top of the Android performance hierarchy.
The lone exception is the realme GT8 Pro, which runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500.
While both processors represent the cutting edge of mobile silicon, the benchmark results suggest Qualcomm still holds the edge in raw performance. That advantage may explain why most Android flagship makers continue to rely on Snapdragon chips for their premium devices.
Xiaomi misses the cut
One notable absence from the May rankings is Xiaomi. The company has appeared in previous AnTuTu flagship charts, but this month it failed to place a single device in the top ten.
With flagship brands continuing to push hardware performance to new heights, May’s results show that competition at the top of the Android market remains as intense as ever.
