AnTuTu test seems like a walk in the park for the upcoming REDMAGIC Gaming Pad.
Hitting 2 million AnTuTu points on AnTuTu is one thing, but hitting that without overheating is another. That’s what the REDMAGIC Gaming Pad demonstrated according to a report.
The gaming-centric tablet hits a performance score of 2,205,110 with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version. It’s also equipped with a 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage. The device runs with 120 Hz refresh rate.
As of June 2024, the SD 8 Gen 3 is the top processor on mobile on AnTuTu with 2.1 million points, courtesy of the ASUS ROG 8 Pro. So, what made the REDMAGIC Gaming Pad to yield 2.2 million?
Besides the overclocked CPU, the tablet features an upgraded active cooling system. It has a high-speed 17 x 17 millimeter centrifugal fan with 20,000 RPM and 13.81 mmAq wind pressure. It’s decorated with RGB lighting for extra coolness.
The cooling’s design comes with a 3D internal circulation air duct that boosts cooling efficiency by 30%, compared to the past version. Moreover, the tablet uses a PC-grade 3D heat pipe with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 6000 W/mk, a 29,400mm² under-screen heat dissipation alloy, and a 9,268mm² superconductive copper foil. No more overheating!
The REDMAGIC Gaming Pad sports an 89,114-mm² unibody aerospace aluminum chassis too, integrated with the cooling system. Together, they can cut down the temperature by up to 25℃.
The REDMAGIC Gaming Pad is launching on September 3 at 3 p.m. PHT in two variants having different sizes.
