Redmagic is set to launch two Redmagic Gaming Pad tablets tomorrow. The devices, featuring 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch displays, are expected to share a similar design aesthetic, with potential variations in specifications.
Redmagic Gaming Pad Design Revealed
Ahead of the launch, Redmagic has showcased the design of its Gaming Pad. Available in Deuterium Transparent Silver Wing and Deuterium Transparent Dark Night, the tablet boasts a striking rear panel. A prominent camera module, housing a 50-megapixel primary camera, LED flash, and RGB lighting, is situated in the upper-left corner.
Beneath the camera module, a transparent strip highlights key features such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version chipset, advanced cooling system, and Redmagic branding. The tablet’s bottom edge features dual speakers, a microphone, and a USB-C port.
On the right side, users will find a power button, an unidentified recessed button, and dual microphones. The left spine appears to accommodate keyboard attachments. The tablet’s center showcases the Redmagic logo.
Key Specifications and Features
The Redmagic Gaming Pad is rumored to feature a 10.9-inch LCD panel with a 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage, the tablet is expected to offer exceptional performance. A 10,100mAh battery with 120W fast charging ensures extended gaming sessions.
For photography enthusiasts, the tablet is said to include a 20-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel rear camera. Additional features may include a metal body, a built-in cooling fan, a 3D heat pipe, and a 3D internal air duct.
The larger 12.4-inch variant is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and may feature a more substantial battery.
