Xiaomi’s Redmi brand is expanding its budget lineup with the upcoming Redmi 14C, set to launch in Vietnam on August 31st. Ahead of the launch, key specifications have been revealed.

The Redmi 14C boasts a fresh design, departing from its predecessor’s aesthetic. The device features a large circular camera module, reminiscent of the recently launched Oppo F27 5G. The Blue variant showcases a striking gradient finish, adding a touch of premium appeal.

While the design is eye-catching, the Redmi 14C remains a budget-oriented device. The camera module houses a 50-megapixel main sensor, a depth sensor, an LED flash, and a decorative ring.
Beyond the Blue option, the Redmi 14C will be available in Green with a vegan leather finish and Black. The front features a spacious 6.88-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is a substantial 5,160mAh battery with 18W fast charging. For convenient biometric authentication, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor is included.
While the specific processor remains undisclosed, rumors point to the MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra. Storage options include 4GB of RAM with 128GB of storage or 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage.
Pricing details are yet to be announced, but given its budget positioning, the Redmi 14C is expected to be competitively priced. We’ll have to wait until the official launch to confirm the final pricing.
