The REDMI K80 Pro has three rear cameras with an upgraded ultra-wide sensor.
REDMI has recently been rebranded with a new font style and color as part of its vision and identity. In the new REDMI era, the K80 Series is included and before its launch this month, the brand revealed the Pro’s cameras.
According to a report, the main camera of the REDMI K80 Pro is a 50MP Sony LYT-800 with OIS lens. The telephoto sensor is also 50MP but can do close-ups, thanks to the “floating” lens. The third sensor is a 32MP ultrawide with a 120-degree field of view, a major upgrade than the previous generation.
Not only the REDMI K80 Pro has impressive rear cameras but it also has a top-tier performance delivered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The device scored nearly 3.2 million AnTuTu points, hinting at its potential in handling demanding apps and games.
Paired with the Snapdragon 8 Elite is the D1 dedicated graphics chipset and 2K CSOT M9 flat screen for maximum visual experience. The screen also supports the Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0 ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, more secure and accurate.
The REDMI K80 Pro will go live in China on November 27. It may be released globally under the POCO brand.
