Stores were out of stock last year with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro thanks to the amazing specs for a price of only PHP12,999 for an 8GB RAM, AMOLED phone with features that could be deemed close-to-flagship. Now, Redmi is back at it again with another phone worth spending your money on – the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.
Display and Design
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G’s design is just….napakaganda! It’s still somehow similar to Redmi Note 10 Pro – same camera array, both have glass front and glass back covers – but this time, they removed excess details which were present on the latter.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is available in three colours: Polar White, Graphite Grey, and Atlantic Blue. The best back cover design goes to the Atlantic Blue, with water waves showing underneath the glass covering on the back panel.
On the front is a 6.67 inch wide display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Viewing angles are great, and with a peak brightness of 1200 nits, it’s easy to read it even under direct lighting. In case malaglag nyo yung phone, no worries! Meron na syang Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Camera
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G features the same camera as that of the Note 10 Pro with a 108MP main camera. It has an 8 MP ultrawide camera, as well as a 2 MP macro camera.
Upgrading from Note 10 Pro to Note 11 Pro 5G does have its perks, but camera folks would have to say goodbye to 4k video recording and the depth sensor. The front camera can record 1080p at 30fps, and it’s not far from the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
Chipset
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 695. Although the Redmi Note 10 Pro uses 732G, don’t let the numbers fool you. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 outperforms 732G in terms of overall processor speed, energy efficiency, faster data upload speeds, and file transfer speeds.

Battery and Storage
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has a 5000 mAh battery that can go from zero to a full charge in just 42 minutes. Thanks to the 67W fast charging capability, users can continue usage non-stop.
Storage-wise, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has the same storage space as the Redmi Note 10 Pro. 256GB isn’t available, but it’s expandable up to 1 TB.
