Samsung is likely preparing for the official launch of the new Galaxy A26 5G, equipped with an Exynos chipset. It could either be the Exynos 1280 or 2400e.
Its imminent launch is triggered by support sites in Ireland, Latin America, and the UK, as per report. On these websites, the device has the model number SM-A266B, similar to the ones that appeared on the Bluetooth SIG listing recently.

The Galaxy A26 5G is expected to have these specs:
- Dual SIM support
- 6.64” or 6.7” LCD panel with a teardrop notch
- FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate
- Up to 8GB RAM
- Up to 256GB storage
- 4565mAh battery capacity
- 25W fast charging
- Android 15, One UI 7
The upcoming smartphone measures 164 x 77.5 x 7.7mm and weighs around 209g. No details about its camera and price yet.

As for the launch date, it has to be soon because the Galaxy A26 5G is very delayed. Its predecessor was released in December 2023, so the successor is more than a year behind.
